Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to design and implement scalable AI and data science solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Lead teams in the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, unifying and enriching data sources across various platforms.
Provide technical leadership to navigate clients through the complexities of modern data science and machine learning engineering.
Ensure AI solutions are properly engineered, maintained, and optimized to meet the ongoing business needs of clients.
Work within a dynamic and interdisciplinary team, tackling challenging computational problems and driving innovation in AI applications
Lead the development of AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration and scalable solutions for our clients.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality client services.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Qualifications

‍

Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
2-4 years of experience managing technical teams.
Proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI models and frameworks such as OpenAI, LLMs, and Langchain.
Strong background in ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch), data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience in building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning pipelines and workflows at scale
Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models and working with diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
Hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps tools for scalable, reliable model deployment.
